  • 01Ju-Jitsu

    The Traditional Ju-Jitsu classes at Next Level Fitness are designed with your child’s safe physical and personal development in mind. These sessions combine martial arts techniques with motor skills training, while fostering discipline, respect, and self-control in a positive and supportive environment.

    Age Group: 6 – 9 years

    Classes are structured as fun games and exercises that:

    • improve coordination, balance, and flexibility;
    • teach safe falling techniques and injury prevention;
    • introduce basic self-defense skills;
    • help develop focus, discipline, and teamwork.

    The focus is on fun, safety, and building a positive attitude toward sports.

    Age Group: 10 – 13 years

    These sessions are more dynamic and aim to:

    • teach foundational and advanced Traditional Ju-Jitsu techniques;
    • build strength, endurance, and overall motor skills;
    • include practical self-defense drills and partner exercises;
    • foster confidence, self-discipline, and responsible behavior.

    Children also become familiar with the values and traditions of martial arts, with an emphasis on mutual respect and emotional control.
    The activity may lead to minor injuries, bruises, strains, or temporary physical discomfort typical of combat sports.
    Classes can be attended with a valid Next Level membership or a MultiSport Kids card.

  • 02Functional Training

    The Functional Training classes at Next Level Fitness are designed to naturally and safely develop children’s core motor skills-through movement, play, and fun! These sessions are ideal for kids aged 6 to 13, and are thoughtfully tailored to match their physical and emotional development.

    Through a variety of bodyweight exercises, light equipment, and playful activities, kids build a strong foundation for overall physical fitness in an engaging and age-appropriate way.

    Boxing classes for kids at Next Level Fitness are designed to build not only physical strength but also discipline, focus, and self-confidence. The sessions are suitable for both boys and girls and take place in a safe, supportive environment tailored to the age and level of each child.

    Through structured, engaging workouts, children improve their endurance, coordination, and reflexes, while positively channeling their energy. Our qualified coaches ensure every session is effective, safe, and motivating.

    Calisthenics at Next Level is designed specifically for kids ages 8 to 13 who want to develop strength, endurance, and flexibility in a natural and safe way – by working with their own body weight. Workouts include exercises like pull-ups, push-ups, squats, and sit-ups that build functional strength and excellent motor skills, without the need for weights or complex equipment.

    The focus is on body control – balance, coordination, and mobility are developed, and the exercises are adaptable to the level of physical fitness. This makes the classes suitable for both beginners and children with previous experience.

    How to reserve a place:

    Reservations are made through a parent profile on our website or mobile app. If you do not have an active subscription or MultiSport card, you can create a free profile, reserve a place, and on your first visit, our team will activate a special children’s subscription with zero value. After that, you will be able to book workouts without any additional actions.

    The activity may lead to muscle fatigue, temporary discomfort, or overtraining, typical of bodyweight exercises.
