Beautiful Mind in a Beautiful Body

Free training and personal sessions with Ani Vladimirova fight coronavirus depression

The Next Level conceptual fitness chain has launched its “Beautiful Mind in a Beautiful Body” campaign. It will provide support to anyone who wants to overcome the challenges facing our body and mind imposed by the “new normal”. Next Level are known for the multi-component Les Mills workouts, available only in their gyms. They have long been known as a favorite activity of many stars around the world. What distinguishes Les Mills’ concept is not only the combination of movements and different types of physical load. They are accompanied by special choreography and selected music that aims to motivate, inspire, and influence both the physical and mental experience.

That is why Next Level is launching a new initiative – through physical activity to improve the mental health of Bulgarian people, which once again distinguishes them from the traditional understanding of a gym.

“Isolation and stress which it causes, together with the impossibility of good physical activity, suppress the immune system. Therefore, any workout that speeds up the heart rate and increases respiratory capacity allows us to clear the biochemistry of stress and free up any organ and system for optimal functioning. Group training has a positive effect, due to several main factors: on the one hand, we feel part of a group, which is related to our very important need to belong, to be accepted. This gives peace of mind and a sense of coping.

When we have cleared the body of the toxicity of stress, when we have managed to synchronize, through exercise and movement with the people in the group, when we have experienced the joy of our success in the gym, we can focus better, remember better and we are more creative. Without sports, the carousel of stress only makes us defend ourselves and not see the details and opportunities”. Ani Vladimirova, psychologist and consultant of the campaign shares.

Vladimirova also cites the study of the universities of Essex and Cambridge, in which more than 10,000 people participated. It proves that physical activity has a beneficial effect not only on the general physical condition, but also on the psyche. The researchers examined the emotional state of each participant after training. The more physically active the participant, the more positive his emotional background. This trend persists for a long time compared to non-athletes.

“In addition, we need perseverance and consistency. They lead to much more success than if we only rely on gifts or talent. In this sense, sport is the best investment in terms of our health, our business and finances, and our relationships,” the psychologist adds.

At Next Level, people can find various group workouts, both from the Les Mills portfolio and the classic yoga, zumba, belly dance, kangoo jumps. For example, LES MILLS TONE ™ is a suitable “fitness therapy” for perfectionists who like to keep everything under control. The program gives the optimal combination of three types of training – overall strength for the core and cardio. The challenging combination of functional training, such as squats and lunges, is combined with lever exercises and light weights. All this helps to increase the heart rate and move imperceptibly to the next level. Choreography is easy to follow, so everyone feels successful and in complete control.

BODYCOMBAT® is suitable for people who experience burn out or find it difficult to balance their work and personal life. It is a mixed training inspired by martial arts, accompanied by motivating and energizing music. Yoga practices are ideal for those who have more energy and easily lose focus. It calms the mind, teaches us concentration, inner harmony, and peace. Motivation comes from challenging your physical and mental boundaries.

If lockdown, isolation, and limited social activity have caused you a loss of self-confidence, then something dynamic like zumba or belly dance is for you. This is the perfect combination of simple but hot dance moves with the latest music, where the focus is more on fun than on perfect performance. Dancing always improves mood regardless of skills and experience.

“Beautiful mind in a beautiful body” will develop in two stages. In the first, through an online-based platform, people will be able to build their profile, learn more about their status and find out the best program for them. In the second phase, they will receive personal attitude in all Next Level gyms and will be motivated to improve their results and not give up.

Everyone who fills out the survey will receive a free training from the program suitable for them. In addition, they have the chance to win an individual online session with a specialist from Ani Vladimirova’s team for additional support and personal guidance. There are also online seminars and live events that will take place as soon as the situation allows.

The platform is expected to start operating in February, and Next Level hope to be able to open at that time. For more information, follow the Next Level profiles on Facebook and Instagram, as well as on www.nextlevel.bg
