Want to improve your flexibility? Are you tired of feeling stuck in your daily desk job? Maybe you often have lower back and back pain?

We challenge you to change that! Get involved in the new project in Next Level clubs – Get Flex.

What is Get Flex?

Get Flex is our newest group workout that combines elements of stretching and mobility. Enjoy specially selected exercises that will increase muscle flexibility and joint mobility. For this purpose, we use dynamic movements to remove restrictions in the joints and gradually progress through the use of elastics, steps and levers.

Correct breathing while performing the exercises is extremely important to make your workout more effective.

While on the challenge, you’ll unleash your body’s full potential, push the limits of your skills, and improve muscle and joint strength. In the short term, these changes will make you feel better, and in the long term, they will increase your quality of life and confidence in your own body.

The exercises included in the group workout are of low to moderate intensity and are suitable for absolutely everyone, but will especially appeal to fans of bodyweight exercises. Get Flex will also be the favorite workout of flexible calisthenics enthusiasts who love to test their bodies’ capabilities. Get Flex Workouts?

We have already presented you with some of the benefits that our new program will bring you, but we will not stop there. We want to tell you about all the changes you can expect after your regular participation in Get Flex classes.

Training of this type:
– improve blood supply to muscles;
– improve body posture and spine stability;
– help relieve the stress and fatigue accumulated during the stressful everyday life;
– create a feeling of lightness and significantly improved tone, mobility and flexibility;
– improve coordination, which, you know, is important for the rest of your daily life and even for your weekly workouts;
– they improve sleep quality and more.

It is recommended to alternate strength training and cardio with stretching activities such as Get Flex, as this helps the body recover and can be an active break in your training schedule. Don’t forget the importance of muscle recovery and tendon toning.
