Streching Yoga is easier in terms of physical activity. It emphasizes exclusively the techniques for stretching the muscles and increasing the functional capabilities of the body. The methodology, as well as the set of exercises are specially designed to improve the condition of the musculoskeletal system. Practically the whole body is stretched.
