The Functional Training classes at Next Level Fitness are designed to naturally and safely develop children’s core motor skills-through movement, play, and fun! These sessions are ideal for kids aged 6 to 13, and are thoughtfully tailored to match their physical and emotional development.
Through a variety of bodyweight exercises, light equipment, and playful activities, kids build a strong foundation for overall physical fitness in an engaging and age-appropriate way.

The activity may lead to temporary muscle fatigue, stretching, or physical discomfort, typical of physical activity with your own weight and light equipment.
Classes can be attended with a valid Next Level membership or a MultiSport Kids card.
