Next Level Fohar
Children’s Folk Dance at Next Level combines movement, rhythm, and Bulgarian traditions in a dynamic and fun environment. The sessions develop coordination, endurance, sense of rhythm, and confidence, while also fostering a love for Bulgarian folklore.
Intensity: Medium – aerobic activity with moderate load, suitable for children of preschool and school age.
The training sessions are suitable for children aged 6 to 13, both beginners and more advanced participants. They are a great way for children to stay active, social, and confident.
Session duration: 50 minutes.
The sessions can be attended with a MultiSport Kids card or with a Next Level Fitness children’s membership.
Purchases and reservations are made through a parent account on our website or mobile app.
Children’s Folk Dance classes are held at our Fohar club.
