Spinning and Booty

Spinning & Booty is a medium to high intensity workout lasting 45 minutes.
It combines a 30-minute cardio session on a spinning bike and a 15-minute Booty workout consisting of 3 sets of butt exercises performed with resistance bands, dumbbells, a step, or all of the above.
The workout is suitable for everyone, regardless of their fitness level.
