BODYATTACK™ is an energetic fitness class with movements that are suitable for both complete beginners and total addicts. It combines athletic movements such as running, jumping, and skipping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. LES MILLS™ instructors will use energizing tunes and guide you through the workout—pushing your limits in the best way possible, burning up to 730 calories, and leaving you feeling accomplished.
BODYATTACK is available as a 45- or 30-minute workout.
