Grappling – mixed group

Grappling is the number one sport for self-defense and close-range combat. It uses the opponent’s strength to neutralize and subdue them. Training sessions develop techniques for taking the opponent to the ground, gaining control, and locking limbs or choking. By practicing it, you will develop the skills to escape your opponent’s grip and feel comfortable in close combat.

The mixed group training is suitable for people with little or extensive experience in combat sports.
