Free functional training for children

Functional training focuses on exercises targeting the abdominal and lower back muscles, strengthening the core, which will help your child achieve greater stability and safely perform everyday tasks. The exercises often use equipment such as dumbbells and resistance bands, as well as bodyweight exercises.
A place can be reserved through a parent’s profile completely free of charge. If you do not have a subscription with us or a Multisport registration, you can create a profile on our website for free, reserve a place, and on your first visit, our receptionist will attach a special children’s subscription with zero value. After that, you will be able to reserve a place without any additional action on our part. The activity is suitable for children aged 8 to 13.
