Calisthenics for children at Next Level is a specially designed workout that builds strength, endurance, flexibility, and coordination through bodyweight exercises. Without weights or complex equipment, children master movements such as pull-ups, push-ups, squats, and sit-ups—with a focus on control and stability.
The workouts improve balance, mobility, and confidence in their own bodies. The exercises are adaptive and suitable for both beginners and more active children.
