Body Positive

Body Positive is a 60-minute full-body workout based entirely on bodyweight exercises. It is suitable for both men and women looking for effective functional and conditioning training.

The program includes:
• Warm-up with mobility and stretching exercises
• 45 min. conditioning part – isometric and dynamic exercises for all muscle groups
• Strengthening of the core, arms, shoulders, hips, and glutes – for overall improvement of motor skills
• Final stretching – 5 minutes for recovery and balance

Suitable for all levels, this workout builds strength, control, and confidence in your own body.
