Circuit training

Circuit training combines 5 to 10 exercises for different muscle groups, performed with minimal rest between them. This style simultaneously trains muscle strength, endurance, and the cardiovascular system—under the supervision of a qualified physical therapist.

The workout is dynamic, engaging, and easily adaptable to individual goals. Thanks to the “afterburn” effect, more calories are burned even after the end of the session, and the combination of cardio and strength exercises leads to faster body shaping and fat reduction.
